Job description

We are currently looking for a Handyman in Dartford area working for well-established Housing association. This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.

As the Handyman you will be responsible for:

• Fire alarm testing
• Building
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Carpet fitting
• Painting and decorating

The successful Handyman will:

• Be able to commute to sites
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Basic IT skills
• Preferably a NVQ Level 1 or NVQ Level 2

In return the Handyman will receive:

• £18 per hour
• Overtime available
• Company days out
