Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Greenwich is seeking a Handyman for a long-term construction project. You will carry out basic trade work on site, including carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and general snagging, using handheld and power tools, while adhering to health and safety standards.

This is a long-term temporary role with a PAYE Umbrella pay arrangement; a CSCS card is essential, and you should be hard-working, with reliable ID and full PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be hard working and driven.
• CSCS card is mandatory.
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots) required.
• On-site carpentry, painting and basic trades work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out basic trade work on site, including carpentry and painting.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks, repairs and snagging.
• Operate handheld and power tools as required.
• Follow health and safety standards on site.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Carrying out all aspects of basic trade work on site such as
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Minor Plumber tasks
  • Minor repairs
  • General snagging
• Based on your experience you will have an array of handheld and power tools
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed
• Conduct work according to industry health & safety standards

Requirements and experience levels
