Job summary

Core Group is seeking an experienced Handyman to join a construction site in Southend-on-Sea. The role runs for 6 weeks with hours 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday. Rate £21-£22 per hour on-site.

Duties include basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, installing fittings, decorating, snagging, and general maintenance. CSCS preferred or required depending on site, and a good health and safety understanding is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous construction/maintenance experience.
• Good range of practical skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Own basic tools where required.
• CSCS Card preferred/required depending on site.
• 2 checkable references.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
