Job summary

Blu Tech consulting’s client, an Essex-based social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a project in Maidstone, Kent. The role offers a temporary-to-permanent pathway with an immediate start for the right candidate.

You will work on tasks including replacing rain water pipes, painting, flooring and basic groundworks, with a van provided after probation and a fuel card. A CSCS card is essential and prior social housing experience is preferred.

Job description

Our client an Essex based Social housing contractor currently seek an experienced Multi Trader for one of their projects in Maidstone, Kent on a temporary to permanent basis.

The work will be starting in Maidstone but all of the clients projects are based within the M25.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and ideally have worked in a social housing environment before.

It would be a benefit if you have you own Van/Vehicle but one can be provided alongside a fuel card on successful completion of the probationary period.

Duties will include:

• Replacing rain water pipes
• Painting
• Flooring
• Basic Groundworks
• All other associated tasks as instructed

This is an immediate start for the right candidates and will lead to permanent employment.
