Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to cover an ongoing social housing voids contract in Tamworth. Start ASAP with long-term, consistent work; all materials are delivered to site so you only need your tools and transport.

Roles include carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, kitchen and bathroom fitting. Ideal candidates hold a Blue CSCS card, relevant safety certificates, and have experience across trades, preferably in social housing refurbishments.

Qualifications

• Experience across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• CSCS blue card is required.
• Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights certificates are required.
• Experience in social housing refurbishment is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple trades on long-term voids contracts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating.
• Fit kitchens and bathrooms where required.
• Work across social housing voids on ongoing contracts.
• Use and manage tools and materials supplied for sites.
• Ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work on an ongoing social housing voids contract in Tamworth.

This is long-term work with an ASAP start, with all materials delivered directly to site, so you just need your own tools and transport.

We're looking for a Multi Trader who can confidently carry out a range of works, including any of the below:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting & decorating
• Kitchen fitting
• Bathroom fitting
