Job summary

Blu Tech consulting is seeking an experienced CSCS Skilled Labourer for an Essex-based social housing regeneration project in East Malling, Kent. Immediate start for a circa 6-week assignment on council properties, working with a two-person crew. You must hold a CSCS card and provide recent references for similar roles undertaken.

Duties include assisting with replacing patio slabs, external guttering, internal doors and painting, plus other related tasks as instructed.

• CSCS card required.
• Recent work references for similar roles.

Job description

Our client an Essex based Social Housing contractor currently seek an experienced CSCS Skilled Labourer for one of their regeneration projects in East Malling, Kent.

The work itself is undertaking upgrades to council occupied council properties.

it is essential that you hold a CSCS card and can provide recent work references for similar roles undertook.

Duties will include:

• * Working with a multi trader in a 2 man team
• * Assisting with replacing small patio slabs
• * Assisting in the replacement of external guttering
• * Painting
• * Assisting in replacing internal doors
• * All other associated tasks as instructed

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be circa 6 weeks work
