Job summary

Blu Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a Maidstone, Kent project, on a temporary to permanent basis. The role requires a CSCS card and prior experience in social housing environments.

Duties include replacing rain water pipes, painting, flooring, basic groundworks and related tasks. A van is preferred but a company vehicle can be provided after probation, with a fuel card.

Job description

Our client an Essex based Social housing contractor currently seek an experienced Multi Trader for one of their projects in Maidstone, Kent on a temporary to permanent basis.

The work will be starting in Maidstone but all of the clients projects are based within the M25.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and ideally have worked in a social housing environment before.

It would be a benefit if you have you own Van/Vehicle but one can be provided alongside a fuel card on successful completion of the probationary period.

• Basic Groundworks
• All other associated tasks as instructed

This is an immediate start for the right candidates and will lead to permanent employment.
