• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Good health and safety awareness and RAMS/PUWER knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop and engineering operations.
• Provide hands-on technical support.
• Lead and support field/mobile engineers.
• Oversee maintenance and fault-finding.
• Ensure health & safety compliance.
• Oversee RAMS, LOLER, PUWER and inspections.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
