Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Engineer in Sheffield. The role is depot-based with occasional breakdown and field support. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Fitter, Workshop Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics and plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs across varied plant and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and related faults.
• Attend occasional breakdowns when required and provide on-site solutions.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and drawings.
• Complete accurate service records and repair documentation.
