Job summary

PATH Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Engineer near Braintree, Essex. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing and testing mechanical and hydraulic equipment in a predominantly workshop setting, with occasional site visits.

Salary £35,000–£40,000 + bonus; Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm; full training provided. You should have strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, fault finding skills, good attention to detail, and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, test and inspect mechanical and powered equipment.
• Work primarily in the workshop with occasional site travel.
• Fault finding, servicing, repairs and general maintenance.
