Job summary

Lindum Group's Peterborough BMS division is seeking a Working Foreman to lead refurbishment and minor construction projects in Peterborough and surrounding regions. The role is 80% on the tools, supervising teams, coordinating works to programme and drawings, and ensuring quality and safety on site while maintaining strong client relationships.

Applicants should have trade experience in bricklaying, carpentry or groundworks, a valid driving licence, and ideally SSSTS/SMSTS.

Qualifications

• Trade experience in bricklaying, carpentry and groundworks with understanding of construction trades.
• Able to manage on-site labour and a site team to programme and drawings.
• SSSTS/SMSTS qualification would be an advantage and a current driving licence is essential.
• Role involves travel to site locations in the region and hands-on supervision.
