Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking a Working Foreman/Site Manager for Wiltshire projects. You will run site activities, coordinate trades and materials, and maintain strict health and safety standards on schemes up to £1m.

Candidates with SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required; a carpentry or bricklaying background is preferred. The role can be freelance or permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction supervisory/management role.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activity and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate materials and manage trades on site.
• Run projects to £1m scope; hands-on when required.

Working Foreman / Site Manager - Wiltshire

Established over 70 years this successful, general building contractor has an excellent reputation in Wiltshire and its surrounding areas providing construction services into numerous including commercial, renovations, refurbs, new builds, listed buildings, minor works projects…

Due to an increase in work load they are looking to recruit a Working Foreman/Site Manager to run projects to £1m. Ideally from a carpentry or bricklaying you will be overseeing site activity while ensuring health & safety is adhered to, material coordination, trades supervision, etc…

Must have prior experience in a construction supervisory/management capacity and happy being hands-on when required.

Both Freelance and Permanent preferences will be considered.

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & 1st Aid required
