Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader in Warrington (WA5) to oversee picking, packing and dispatch in a busy food manufacturing operation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, working on an afternoon or night shift, with a salary of GBP 33,000 per year and permanent employment. You will support smooth warehouse flow and KPI-driven performance in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with picking/packing food products.
• Familiar with handheld scanning systems and warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch.
• Work closely with transport to manage loading plans and deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs and support the wider warehouse team to meet targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
