Infused Solutions is seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead in Kent to guide a small team of software engineers. You will own backend engineering standards, lead code design and review, and shape scalable backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.

You will balance technical leadership with hands-on coding, mentoring peers, and delivering robust software. Expect collaboration with Product, Delivery and Data teams, plus a rewarding bonus and benefits package.

Formación

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience leading a small engineering team or acting as a technical lead.
• Hands-on contributor with a pragmatic approach to coding and delivery.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend system design.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and modern development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Remain hands-on with design, development and maintenance of backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Lead by example through clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
• Design and build scalable APIs, integrations and backend services.
• Take ownership of technical architecture and engineering decisions within your domain.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards, testing and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and support a team of full-stack developers in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Improve CI/CD and overall software delivery practices.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
