Job summary

Elite Healthcare Solutions LTD is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our 7 bed supported living service in Reigate, Surrey. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred support, maintain Good CQC standards, and drive ongoing development of the service.

You will oversee day-to-day management, lead staff, coordinate care planning, risk management and safeguarding, and collaborate with families, social workers and commissioners to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a health and social care manager.
• Ability to lead a staff team and develop services.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the 7-bed service, ensuring safe, person-centred support.
• Lead and develop the staff team and oversee staff rotas and supervision.
• Oversee care and support planning, risk management and safeguarding.
• Ensure medication management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with families, social workers and external agencies to support best outcomes.
