Job summary

Masstemps is seeking a Production Operative in Bridgnorth to join our client on a hands-on production line. You will receive full training across multiple processes, including coating moulds with protective paint, operating a sandblasting machine, and using compressed air equipment safely.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coat moulds with protective paint to required standard.
• Safely load and unload the sandblasting machine.
• Use a compressed air gun as part of the production process.
• Prepare and handle moulds and other materials.
• Follow production instructions and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production requirements.
• Carry out tasks accurately and consistently.
• Be willing to learn new processes and develop skills.
