Masstemps Ltd is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves operating machinery safely, monitoring processes, packing, labeling, and maintaining a clean work environment.

The ideal candidate will have factory experience, be able to work in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to quality production while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out end-of-line duties, including packing finished products.
• Label products accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with other production duties as required.
