Job summary

Masstemps is seeking a Production Operative in Bridgnorth to join our client on a hands-on production line. You will receive full training across multiple processes, including coating moulds with protective paint, operating a sandblasting machine, and using compressed air equipment safely.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our client in Bridgnorth.

This is a hands-on role where you will receive full training across a range of production processes. You will learn how to coat moulds with protective paint, operate a sandblasting machine, and use compressed air equipment safely and effectively.

No previous experience is essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, a reliable attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Monday - Friday 8am -4pm

Rate of pay: £13.21 per hour
