Job summary

Hales Group are recruiting for a Mill Labourer to join a well-established client near Fakenham. This is a hands-on, varied role in a small, friendly team where everyone helps to keep the site running smoothly and production targets on track.

Key duties include loading raw materials, weighing and mixing ingredients, cleaning and pressure washing equipment, and following health and safety procedures with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience performing manual labour in a mill environment is beneficial.
• Able to work physically and in a hands-on role.
• Reliable and able to follow instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of manual labour tasks across the mill.
• Clean and pressure wash equipment and work areas.
• Weigh and mix ingredients accurately.
• Load raw materials by hand and assist production teams.
• Maintain high attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth site operations.
