Hales Group are recruiting for a Mill Labourer to join a well-established client near Fakenham. This is a hands-on, varied role in a small, friendly team where everyone helps to keep the site running smoothly and production targets on track.

Key duties include loading raw materials, weighing and mixing ingredients, cleaning and pressure washing equipment, and following health and safety procedures with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience performing manual labour in a mill environment is beneficial.
• Able to work physically and in a hands-on role.
• Reliable and able to follow instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

You will play a key part in ensuring the site runs smoothly, supporting production targets and contributing to the overall performance of the business.

To be considered for the role of Mill Labourer you will need:

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Happy to work in a hands-on, sometimes dirty environment
• Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and maintain good attention to detail
• Location: Walsingham (near Fakenham)
• Pay Rate: £14.96 per hour, enhanced OT rates
• Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
• Week 1: 4 nights Monday – Thursday 6pm – 6am
• Week 2: Mon – Wed days 6am – 6pm, Friday – Sunday nights 6pm – 6am,
• Week 3: 4 days Thursday – Sunday 6am – 6pm)
• Week 4: Week off
• Contract: Temporary ongoing

Salary: £14.96/hour
