Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is recruiting Machine Operatives for a site in Fakenham (NR21 8EH). Shift pattern is 12-hour days, Monday to Thursday, with a basic pay rate of £13.16–£14.48 per hour. Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks, with on-site parking and potential overtime during peak times.

Candidates should be able to commute and have basic English communication. Role involves supporting production lines, maintaining GMP standards, and driving continuous improvement in an ambient food

We are recruiting for Machine Operatives.

Monday to Thursday (Full time hours)

06:00 – 18:00

Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Fakenham (NR21 8EH). The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Vegetarian) that operates in ambient environment.

This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks

The Role

Machine Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

• Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area
• Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service
• Help deliver KPI targets with a well-trained and motivated team
• Operate a variety of production machinery
• Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required
• Promote open communication at all levels

Requirements

Machine Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

• Be able to work 12hr shift
• Previous experience is not required
• Being able to commute to Fakenham, NR21 8DH
• Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
