Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a mechanical bias to join a healthcare facilities team in Warwick. You will carry out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a range of mechanical and M&E systems.

This hands-on role operates within a healthcare environment, ensuring mechanical and building services remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance within healthcare or FM environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of RAMS and safe working procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Maintain, inspect and repair mechanical building services, plant and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and undertake repairs to minimise downtime.
• Complete detailed fault finding, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Update records on CAFM and maintain job sheets and technical records.
• Work with engineers and contractors to support maintenance delivery.
