Job summary

Emplyfy, an established MSP, is seeking an experienced IT engineer to join its hands-on team. You will work with customers, remotely and on-site, resolving issues and maintaining IT environments to meet business needs.

You'll provide technical assistance, perform installations, manage incidents through the Service Desk, and ensure timely updates within SLAs. A minimum of 5 years' experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' IT engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Microsoft 365 services incl. Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
• Azure administration and Intune experience.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 with Group Policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers and act as contact for support.
• Visit customer sites to resolve issues and perform installations.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk.
• Provide regular updates and meet SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to Management.
• Organise daily workloads and priorities.
• Monitor environments to ensure reliability.
• Install, configure, test, and repair IT hardware/software.
• Document work and actions.
• Respond to major incidents remotely or on-site.
