Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking an IAM Service Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a complex Identity and Access Management environment. The role blends hands-on technical work (about 70%) with leadership responsibilities, including supervising a technical team and communicating with senior stakeholders such as the CTO and CISO.

The position requires strong experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, GPOs, and PowerShell, in a secure client setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in enterprise IAM operations and support.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entra ID, on-prem Active Directory, and GPOs.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise technical teams and manage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IAM operations and provide 2nd/3rd line support.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication and access issues across hybrid environments.
• Use PowerShell scripting to investigate issues and automate tasks.
• Support and maintain Entra ID, Active Directory, conditional access policies and GPOs.
• Manage escalations, root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
• Supervise technical team members and communicate with CTO and CISO-level stakeholders.
