Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is assisting a Renfrewshire-based organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their People team.

The role is operational, hands-on and involves close work with managers and the workforce to deliver practical HR support. You will report to the HR Manager and cover the full employee lifecycle, including absence, disciplinaries, recruitment, onboarding, training and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong ability to handle employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance.
• Ability to partner with managers and external suppliers on recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Support employee relations matters and coach managers on people issues.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR data reporting.
• Contribute to policy reviews, process improvements and HR projects.
