Job summary

Hireful Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to deliver hands-on, end-to-end HR support for a portfolio of SME clients in the Leeds area. You will partner with business owners and managers, addressing employee relations, policy drafting, restructures, recruitment, and training design.

The role is remote with local client-site visits, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, and a flexible schedule to suit work/life balance. Bonus potential applies for upselling services to existing clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR generalist role or as HR Advisor/HR Manager.
• Comfortable engaging directly with business owners and managers.
• Qualified by experience acceptable if CIPD not held.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to SMEs with no internal HR function.
• Provide project support or handle complex escalations for standalone HR officers.
• Undertake tasks such as employee relations casework, drafting policies and handbooks, restructures, recruitment, and training design.
