Job summary

Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Working Supervisor / Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks, slabbing and drainage. This hands-on role supervises the team while also working alongside them to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

You will read drawings, coordinate groundworkers on site, oversee drainage works, and ensure high standards of health & safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Working Supervisor, Foreman or Ganger.
• Strong groundworks, slabbing and drainage experience.
• Experience supervising a groundworks team.
• Good understanding of site H&S.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate groundworkers on site.
• Remain hands-on with slabbing, paving and drainage.
• Oversee foul and storm drainage works.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Read and work from construction drawings.
