Keyman Personnel is recruiting a Site Foreman for a major groundworks project in the Civil Engineering sector. The role focuses on setting up daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a construction or civil engineering qualification, have at least five years’ experience with a Sub Contractor, and be adept at managing sites valued from £1m to £5m while coordinating labour, plant and materials.

Qualificações

• Qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience with a Sub Contractor.
• Experience in Groundworks, Civils and RC Works.
• Experience managing sites from £1m to £5m.

Responsabilidades

• Set up the day’s work for the team.
• Conduct inductions, daily briefings, toolbox talks.
• Manage site paperwork, labour, plant and materials.
