Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a Newbury groundworks project. You will supervise groundworks activities, oversee sheet piling, drainage and piling operations, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately on site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on foreman experience on construction sites, a strong understanding of health and safety, and a reliable, accountable approach to coordinating groundworkers and piling teams in a busy site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Working Foreman or Groundworks Foreman on construction sites.
• Strong groundworks experience and site oversight.
• Ability to complete site paperwork and records.
• Knowledge of health and safety on site.
• Reliable with responsibility on site.

Responsibilities

• Working Foreman duties on a groundworks site.
• Supervising and coordinating groundworks activities.
• Experience with sheet piling, drainage and piling.
• Working alongside and coordinating groundworkers and piling mates.
• Completing site paperwork and records.
• Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently.
