Argon Engineering Limited in Wednesbury is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a small, multi-skilled maintenance team while remaining actively involved in engineering tasks across the site.

You will drive proactive maintenance, improve OEE, and deliver effective PM schedules in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment. Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Time-served engineering background.
• Proven experience leading a small engineering team in food FMCG.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA and CMMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a small team of multi-skilled engineers.
• Provide hands-on engineering support alongside the team.
• Allocate tasks and ensure daily work schedules are completed.
• Drive proactive maintenance and PM planning.
• Support achievement of OEE and maintenance targets.
• Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and fault-find on systems.
