Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design function for structural steel projects from concept to construction. You will oversee drawings, specs and calculations, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams to ensure designs are practical, safe and buildable.

You will mentor the design team, monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. A hands-on role with opportunities to influence wider design processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Design Manager, Senior Structural Engineer or similar within structural steel.
• Strong understanding of structural steel design principles and fabrication techniques.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and site teams.
