Job summary

Forward Role are partnering with a well-established family-run retail business to recruit a CRM Manager in Greater Manchester. This office-based role offers flexible working hours and a real opportunity to shape customer data strategy across online and in-store channels.

You will own CRM end-to-end, build segmentation, and develop a more strategic loyalty programme while exploring new channels such as SMS. A hands-on leader who thrives in a small, agile team will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM within retail, ecommerce or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of customer data management and segmentation.
• Hands-on with multi-channel marketing including SMS.
• Experience with loyalty programmes across channels.
• Proactive, independent self-starter in a fast-paced, small business.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM end-to-end from planning to execution and reporting.
• Review current CRM activity, identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Develop detailed customer segmentation for targeted communications.
• Build a strategic, automated loyalty programme across online and in-store channels.
• Explore new channels (e.g., SMS) and recommend tools to improve CRM operations.
