Qualifications

• Strong practical construction knowledge and industry experience.
• Experience delivering or supporting vocational construction courses.
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring or assessing young people.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
• Patient, resilient and consistent with learners.
• Ability to build rapport with SEMH learners.

Responsibilities
