• Experience delivering construction, practical skills, or vocational subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, practical construction lessons to secondary learners.
• Teach a range of construction skills (carpentry, joinery, brickwork, painting, etc.).
• Develop learners' practical abilities, confidence, independence and employability.
• Differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs and EHCP targets.
• Deliver a structured vocational curriculum with strong health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCO and wider school team.
