Job summary

In’N’Out Autocentres is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager in people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administration while delivering outstanding customer care.

This hands-on role includes time in the service bays with the team to ensure a seamless operation. A minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance is required, with a sales-driven mindset and potential for progression into management.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance is required.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred (2 years).
• Full Driving Licence preferred.
• Customer service experience (2 years) preferred.
• Management experience (2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager in people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administration.
• Work hands-on in service bays to support the team.
• Ensure timely operation and high customer service standards.
