Job summary

Protyre Autocare is seeking a hands-on Assistant Centre Manager to join our growing team. You will assist with the operation and daily running of the depot, ensuring high standards and stellar customer service while supporting the Centre Manager.

We value a technical or mechanical background, workshop and people-management experience, and a Full UK Driving Licence. You will coach and mentor the team, help achieve KPIs and safeguard stock levels, with IMI courses funded by us and opportunities

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• Workshop experience and management experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor a workshop team.
• Technical or mechanical background with knowledge of car technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot.
• Support the team in the workshop mechanically.
• Play a key part in the Centre targets including KPIs.
• Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
• Offer and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
