The role requires a hands-on background in mechanical work or equivalent management experience, with a Level 2/3 light vehicle maintenance qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership.
• Experience in coaching, training, and developing colleagues in the moment.
• Strong technical/mechanical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations and vehicle maintenance processes.
• Level 2/3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Full, valid driving licence.
