Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI tools or automations in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, Zapier/Make or similar.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools, and automations.
• Run training sessions and workshops to improve adoption across teams.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
