Job summary

TeamFeePay, a Belfast-based sports technology company, is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical AI adoption across the business. This hands-on role builds tools, automates workflows and helps teams use AI in everyday work, turning ideas into working solutions quickly.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success and Operations to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, deploy AI-powered workflows, and run weekly training sessions to boost adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI tools in a business setting.
• Strong understanding of AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation via APIs or automation platforms.
• Able to move quickly from idea to execution with practical outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex concepts and train non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, CS and Operations to identify AI-driven improvements.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and tools.
• Develop AI use cases such as call analysis, content generation, onboarding support.
• Run weekly training sessions to boost adoption across teams.
• Translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas with speed and impact.

We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive the practical adoption of AI across the business. This is a hands‑on role focused on building tools, automating workflows, and helping teams use AI in their day‑to‑day work.

This is not a strategy role. We are looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into working solutions quickly.

TeamFeePay is a software platform for football clubs, helping club committees and volunteers with their club development needs and day‑to‑day management. Our software and account‑managed service supports clubs with our 5‑Pillar Club Development approach.

Main Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven improvements

• Build and deploy AI‑powered workflows, tools and automations (e.g. Claude, GPT, APIs, internal tooling)

• Develop and manage AI use cases such as call analysis, content generation, onboarding support, and internal assistants

• Run weekly training sessions and hands‑on workshops to improve adoption across teams

• Translate business problems into practical AI solutions

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, focusing on speed and impact

• Document and share best practices across the organisation

• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

• AI tools are actively used across teams (not just tested)

• Clear reduction in manual workload in key processes

• Faster turnaround times across Sales, CS and Operations

• Increased confidence and capability in using AI across the business

About the role

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI tools or automations in a business environment

• Strong understanding of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, Zapier/Make or similar

• Ability to move quickly from idea to execution

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on practical outcomes

• Comfortable working directly with non‑technical teams

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a SaaS or high‑growth environment

• Experience with Salesforce

• Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript or similar)
