Four Corners is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager to design, build and lead the AP function from scratch. You will own invoice processing, payments, and supplier relationships while implementing robust controls and processes across multiple properties.

Qualificações

• Significant AP experience in high-volume environment, ideally real estate.
• Ability to design AP processes, controls and reporting from scratch.
• Track record of accurate, on-time payments and well-controlled ledgers.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AP function, including invoices, coding, approvals and payments.
• Build and implement robust controls and segregation of duties.
• Deliver timely month-end close for AP with reconciled ledgers.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to align works lifecycle from order to payment.
• Lead supplier onboarding, invoicing, statements and queries with a customer‑centric approach.
• Plan and scale the AP team as portfolio grows, maintaining cost-to-process efficiency.
