• Coordinate responses to client and third-party comments and ensure timely resolution.
• Review submissions for technical accuracy and completeness; liaise with multidisciplinary teams.

HS2, Britain’s new high-speed railway is at peak construction. Balfour Beatty VINCI is HS2’s construction partner in the Midlands, responsible for delivering 90km of the route, from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.

Whether onsite or office based all colleagues have a key part to play in delivering this critical transport infrastructure project.

Location

Based in Coventry - the South Region comprises Sublots 2B, 2A and 1A Long Itchington Wood. It stretches for approximately 39.2km from Finham Brook to Southam through a mixture of rural and suburban landscapes

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of all handover deliverables, including:
  • Construction Compliance Certificates (CCCs)
  • Health and Safety (H&S) Files
  • Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
  • As-Built Briefs and Records
  • Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Construction/delivery teams
• Client representatives and third parties

Review & Quality Assurance

• Manage the review process for all submissions, ensuring technical accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate responses to client and third-party comments, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
• Excellent coordination and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident in reviewing technical documentation and managing feedback cycles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
