JD Gyms in Greater London is seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead a high-performing team and uphold the brand's reputation. You will drive member growth, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver outstanding service across the facility.

Lead daily operations, recruit and develop a strong team, and work with the General Manager to meet sales targets and maintain top-tier standards within a busy leisure club.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of management in leisure industry.
• Passionate about customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Experience driving sales and coordinating local marketing.
• Experience as Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard and club standards.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report defects.
• Recruit and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants for daily operations.
• Hold regular team meetings and drive staff development.
• Aim to achieve sales and membership targets; drive secondary spend.
• Ensure cleanliness and high standards across the gym facilities.
• Oversee weekly banking to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
• Uphold uniform standards and deliver outstanding member service.
