Job summary

PureGym Group in Fleetwood is seeking a Gym Manager to lead a club with responsibility for financials, people development, and member experience. You will recruit and coach Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, manage budgets and inventory, and drive performance while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.

• Passion for helping people reach full potential.
• Comfort with budgets, financial reporting and inventory.
• Desire to drive results with resilience, confidence and integrity.
• L2 qualification in gym instructing and group exercise experience.

• Drive gym performance by detailed planning and safe environment.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Build and develop a team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches.
• Recruit trainers and source new talent.
• Deliver excellent member experience with service and standards.
• Manage and improve Group Exercise offering.
