Job summary

JD Gyms is expanding across the UK and we are looking for a cleaning and facilities associate to help maintain top quality environments for our members. You’ll play a key role in keeping the club spotless and safe, while delivering friendly, professional service.

Work as part of a team to conduct daily cleaning and safety checks, follow health and safety policies, and uphold brand standards across the club. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, cleaning or leisure environment.
• Commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver friendly, professional member service.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook requirements.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Maintain the gym facility to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities to promote consistent standards.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
