Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front and drive performance across sales, member experience, and operations. You’ll support the General Manager, coach high-performing teams and create an outstanding club environment for members and colleagues.

This hands-on leadership role offers progression opportunities, development support, and a clear path to grow your career within the Frasers Group’s fitness brands.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Strong track record of leading teams and delivering business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
