Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive commercial performance and an outstanding member experience. You will lead a high-performing team, uphold safety and operational standards, and shape the club culture by modelling professionalism and accountability.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, deliver revenue growth across memberships and personal training, and work with marketing to grow the member base.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
Strong track record of leading teams and delivering business results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day running of the club and maintain high standards.
Lead and develop a motivated team to deliver outstanding service.
Drive revenue through memberships, PT and secondary spend.
Monitor club KPIs and improve business performance.
Support local marketing activity and member growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety.
