3t Training Services are recruiting for GWO Instructors in North Shields to deliver high-quality GWO training and related safety courses at our North Shields facility.

The role requires current GWO or safety-critical training experience. Upskilling into GWO modules is supported, and the position offers a structured development path within a leading safety training provider.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements
• Obtain positive feedback against KPIs in development plan
• Participate in standardisation and CPD events as required
• Provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors
• Support department growth via input to new courses and training standards
• Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment
• Apply 3t and Client HSE Policies and Procedures
• Ensure adherence to 3t quality and operational procedures
• Maintain ownership of departmental policies and procedures

Job description

3t is currently looking to recruit 2x GWO Instructors in North Shields, England.

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The standard working pattern will be 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Opportunity

3t Training Services are seeking to appoint a GWO instructor to work out of our North Shields training facility. The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality, approved training across the GWO programme range. The successful candidate will be someone currently delivering GWO or safety critical training such as working at height, fire awareness, manual handling and first aid. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about delivering training across safety-critical sectors, ensuring the safety of personnel working a range of challenging scenarios posed in the wind sector. Candidates without direct knowledge of GWO will be considered as full upskilling can be provided.
