Job summary

3t Training Services are seeking to appoint a Rigging and Lifting instructor to work from our Teesside training facility with occasional travel to North Shields. You will deliver high-quality, approved training across OPITO, GWO and ECITB, to trainees with a view to transitioning from industry to training.

The successful candidate will deliver courses in line with accrediting bodies, support customers during delivery, and contribute to course standardisation and CPD activities, while upholding

• OPITO Banksman Stage 3/4 qualification required or willing to achieve.
• Crane Operative Qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Level 3 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Assessor Award or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses per 3t and accrediting body requirements.
• Support customers during course delivery as appropriate.
• Obtain positive feedback following course completion against KPIs.
• Participate in standardisation and CPD events as required.
• Provide support to trainee and Instructor/Assessors as appropriate.
• Support department growth through input to new courses and standards.
• Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
• Adhere to 3t and client HSE Policies and Procedures.

3t is currently looking to recruit 2x Rigging and Lifting Instructors in North Shields and Teesside, England.

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The standard working pattern will be 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Opportunity

3t Training Services are seeking to appoint a Rigging and Lifting instructor to work out of our Teesside training facility with occasional travel to North Shields. The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality, approved training across awarding bodies including OPITO, GWO and ECITB. The successful candidate will be someone currently delivering rigging and lifting training or someone wishing to transition from industry to training.
