Job summary

Butlins is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to support guests with bookings and inquiries. You will lead, coach and develop a skilled team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales opportunities across our holiday packages.

You will report to the Sales & Service Manager and be responsible for coaching, daily briefings, and performance management. Shifts include 8am–9pm across Monday to Sunday in a full-time role.

• Previous experience leading and motivating teams within a sales or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who engages and inspires others.
• Reliable and results-focused, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example, role modelling behaviours and a positive team culture.
• Supports team members to maximise sales and customer service opportunities.
• Delivers clear and engaging team communication, including daily briefings.
• Sets and monitors performance against KPIs including conversion, tariff, and auxiliary targets.
• Handles guest objections and resolves issues quickly and professionally.
