Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the Front of House team at St Brides Spa Hotel. You will oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday rotation, with a 13.28 GBP per hour rate plus service charge and benefits. Your role includes staff training, performance coaching, and supporting the Front Office Manager.

• Experience in a hotel environment with front office procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example – ensure Front of House team members uphold department standards throughout your shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, making every moment special.
• Train and develop the team to meet the Collections standards and evolving business needs.
• Maintain consistency and excellence in service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Front Office Manager, including assistance with meetings and a variety of day‑to‑day tasks.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team, maintaining continuity, team performance, and service excellence.
• Confidently resolve any front office issues in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
